Swift recovery to him. He was doing too much too quickly and the body put on the brakes. You take such good care of each other - lovely to know.

take the oportunity to rest with him ...that will also encourage him to stay put. Lots of water and if he doesn't feel much like food that is OK. But you know all this as much as i do. give him a hug from me and tell him to slow down.(Yes I know that is whistling into the wind)
