Kabu, you grew up in a beautiful area.  Thank you for sharing this because I love looking at maps and it gives me an idea of where you are from.  I think being close to the sea is priceless.  Did you ever have flooding where you lived?

Was sorry to read that the Red Lobster didn't live up to its usually potential. I expect there already is a difference in the seafood taste from the fresh you were raised with to the frozen shipped stuff one gets in the middle of the country, far from the oceans?
