Good afternoon
Your dad is an amazing businessman. He's got this. Since you are experienced with the carwash business I thought that I would see if you know what this is all about. It almost looks alien, but it is a big deal in our area. The second link shows the picture of it and the first link is the one that is available in my area. It looks like open bays where cars pull in next to each other.

Good Morning
FSI, I think there's a lot to think about. I trust your Dad and you to make the best decisions with what you have to work with at this time. I believe next year may be different but for the time being, I would proceed very cautiously. I don't think I would sign up for any long-term deals until I was sure they would be a good bet.
