Be careful!
Oh, I disliked the ending. It was too hokey for me. No one is going to be a paraplegic and blind at the throne. I didn't believe the sisters would sell out their brother.

Good afternoon
Those heavy bags seem even heavier when it's cold outside. With John on crutches, I have been lugging everything in myself. He is just now starting to walk on a boot without the crutches from time to time, so he has been able to help a lot more. I have never watched Game of Thrones. Fantasy and sci-fi are just not my thing when it comes to television. John likes it though. I prefer romance, history, and true stories.

I'm curious to see what your perspective will be when you watch Game of Thrones in a few years. I'd like to do that with shows I watch.

Getting the groceries in has become a challenge for me as well.
I have taken to setting them on the porch next to the top of the steps (it's only five steps up and there's only one porch rail so it is reachable). Then I carry them inside after I make it up the steps. Beginning to think of finding a place that's all on one level, but moving is such a pain in the behind.

Don't stores do deliveries, we started getting deliveries at the beginning of the
epidemic. It does save a lot of time and effort. Although my sister likes to buy her
goods from the shop, I suppose it is a way to get out of the house for a while.

It's cold up here too, Kabu, but apparently that will only last a couple of days and we'll be back into warmer temperatures. You know the trek I have to get groceries from the garage to my kitchen... we need little robots to do the job.

I can recommend the Game of Thrones books, by George RR Martin. If you read them, you will find the show digressed from them at a certain point, and it's another story. Martin was on the set of the show, and he didn't begrudge them the changes and other artistic choices they made. After all, writing and film are different arts and make different demands for reaching their audience. I've enjoyed both, though I'd have to start reading from the first before I can read the most recent. He is still working on the final one, I hear.

That carrying up of the groceries is what finally made me start letting Stephen begin getting my groceries and needs and bringing them up for me. It is only eight stairs. I can get my mail, take out most trash bags, but that carrying up of grocery items and needs totally does me in. Stephen and Phil do it so kindly and lovingly for me.
