My mother-in-law was in that business for quite a few years and didn't really like it, I could see why not. It wouldn't interest me.

Good afternoon
House flipping is big in our area. If the price is right, you can make a nice chunk of change. Of course, you guys don't need added revenue due to already making bank through your lucrative car wash business, but for those who need it, the real estate market is wide open and houses are affordable right now for such an endeavor.

I know a lot of folks have taken up loans to enable them to buy houses to let, but I think it has run its course.

Good Morning
FSI, I really think it's a good thing you got out of the Rental business. There are so many headaches that come with renting and I don't even think the rent money is worth it in the end. The repairs alone can be very expensive not to even mention when a Pandemic comes along and shuts everything down. I think your Car Wash business is a safer bet in the long run.
