Good employees are hard to find, so would be great if Ned can switch over to you. There's no possibilty of keeping Jake too?

Good afternoon
Ned will be a great employee for your company. Lazy employees are not good for a business in that they normally just do not care about anything other than how to get out of work. Not good for a busy business. I never realized that a car wash had so many employees. I learned something new today.

FSI, I do hope that your Dad hires Ned because I think he will be an asset to the company. I think 2022 will be a profitable year for your business. I have to say again that your Dad is quite a guy. I wish him and you the very best. I know just like any business the car wash has a lot of thought and planning that goes into final decisions.
