Nice to think there is a safe place, something to think about as well after Watching Kentucky . If you do move eventually it is best to stick to a hurricane free area, if there is one a cellar is also a good bet. Keep an eye on your old mate, he should take a taxi if he is having his eyes treated. These young fellows need watching.

Those sirens you heard were "take cover" warnings.
I thought of you as I watched the Weather Channel's live coverage of wind warnings all across the Midwest. Good to read that you're OK & your housemate is taking care of his medical stuff. Be safe.

Good afternoon
The basement is the safest place to hang out during the threat of a tornado. I hope that it passes you and Graysome by. As for your housemate's eye drops, I have had those during an eye exam. They make it very hard to drive without sunglasses. Crossing my fingers for the three of you to get through all of this safely.
