Oh FSI I am so sorry to read this. It is terrible to fall when you get older and especially so for Dad. Saying prayers for him to recover as soon as possible.

Awe, your poor dad. That is horrible. I hope that he will be alright. Fractures and breaks later in life can be the difference in mobility or the lack thereof. My hubby is currently on short-term disability due to a similar circumstance as your father is going through. Crossing my fingers that both of these old guys make it through this tough time.

FSI, I'm so sorry your father fell and I'm hoping he will mend fast. I'm glad he went to the doctor so they could treat him. If he does have to have surgery I wish him the very best.
