Getting that pipe out will prove to be costly, but since it keeps stopping up anyway, costing you time and money each time, you may have to think about doing just that. Good luck. It makes me thankful that I no longer have my own business. One too many stressful situations were the cause of many headaches. Happy Thanksgiving!
