Seems a silly ruling to me but then what do I know. He was hardly going to ruin the well water he was using and as for the septic use, that really makes sense to me. Would I have fought it as Dad did, I don't know.

Townships, borough's and states all have different rules and ordinances about utilities, residency, and what constitutes a permanent residence versus a mobile one. It's probably best that he just moved on. Thankfully, no harm was done in the process other than your learning that some people just do not play nice.

Good Morning

FSI, I have to say sometimes it seems like no matter what we do the ruling is not in our favor.  I believe it can be very unfair and in this case, I feel they should have allowed the camper to be there.  What was it hurting?  In my mind, it wasn't hurting anything or anybody.
