Well, isn't that the shit? It was anything but meant to be. The fine print can be a scary thing to read. It normally shows the odds of winning is like 1 in a gazillion. An exaggeration, but you get the point. As for Richey Rich, I remember a cartoon featuring his character. My girls used to watch it.
