Hot and muggy. Hard to breath with the mask on today
But I had to go into town and collect my will after reading through it and signing it. Don't get excited, it all goes to my boys. (men in their early 50's but boys to me!) LOL....
I am down to the last of the last of things to do. Just get my Covid test tomorrow and I am ready to go; start on my new adventure.
I have been leaving the opening on Graysome's carry on as cabin luggage soft sided cage open and have placed a couple of his favorite small toys in it. He will poke his head in and paw out a toy and sit on it. Telling me it is his, it is not going anywhere. Well it is, and so is he!!
Last Night the next door neighbors came over for a last visit and tonight Trish and hubby are coming. Trish is bringing a salad and nibbles so we can talk out last minute details and well just chat.
I am torn, a new life is exciting to try but this is where Wiley and I have been so happy and then Mr Graysome came along and as baby, he made three. Those times are passed and we can't go back, so it's Forward we go,but never forgotten.

Good Morning
Kabu, I love all kinds of trees. I feel I have a special bond with them. When we go for a ride I always look at the trees and tell Roy how beautiful they are. My favorite time of year is coming when we get to see the all the beautiful leaves change colors. Some people dread winter but I love to see the snow on tree branches. I believe it's a beautiful sight. I think when you get to your new destination you will be happier than ever before. Everyone is going to love you. You will still have your memories and the fun part will be making new memories.
I know very little about Nebraska but I hope to learn what it's like from you and Mr. Graysome. I think he will settle in quite nicely to his new environment. I hope where you are going has milder winters than Canada. It can get very cold in Cleveland but I welcome winter as compared to the hottest days in the summer. They are saying it's going to feel like 100 degrees today. That is just not acceptable to me. I hope you have a wonderful day.

Wherever you go you will bring love and the entire area will thrive and become even more beautiful than it was before. It was hot here and humid, much like Florida today.

Hard as it is to leave the familiar and loved, the world is full of places you have not seen and enjoyed yet, and I think you will never not find places to love, and make your own in big or small ways.

Good afternoon
I am a fan of nurturing trees too. We have a beautiful Japanese Maple that is huge. I feed it Miracle Grow plant food each month. The tree offers us privacy, shade, and it embellishes our yard with beauty. As for babysitting, God bless you. I do not have that kind of patience. You will have plenty to keep you busy at your new residence.
