Well the old chap is much more accessible than the one hanging around here. I just cannot touch him if he thinks I want to make him into a ladyman cat. If I touch his tummy accidentally he strikes like a tiger, Actually, I did not know but it has a tag that a Vet could read. I guess it is too late now If I had known five years ago I would have tried to contact the owners,

Mr Graysom is handsome and independent as ever. I hope you don't have to quarantine him with your move to Nebraska. We have added to our family cat tree since last year. First, Miss Callie(stray we fed) had 3 kittens in a grecian urn on front porch in April. Led me to three kittens she couldn't move. Brought them in with her. Happy cat family. At 6 weeks Callie went into heat and got out for 30 seconds. In July had 6 more kittens for total of 10. Adopted all but one of last litter and had kept 2 of first litter. Now we have 4. Then stray Frankie came. Rick said he was a boy and he fed outside. In May 2021 the boy had 5 kittens in our shed. Rick finally caught at 4 weeks. Posted on facebook to give away. Dr. friend took up the cause and found homes for all but one even Moma cat.(she took) We now have 4 cats( Captain, Aggie, Evangeline and Mary Kay. We got one kitten from Franki's litter. Callie got mad about Frankie was in the house and moved herself back outside to heer nomad life. Of Course we still have our dog Peaches.

Your dear Mr. Graysome sounds like he's a cousin to my old kitty from
so many years ago. These days I call her Miss Kitz. She was a tuxedo cat, white throat with the black markings & ears - like the one in the Purina ads - an indoor-outdoor girl as long as I lived in our family home, strictly indoors after we moved to an apartment shortly before I retired. She always knew when a trip to the vet was up, and that was when she'd disappear into thin air... I know you think he's your cat - but he no doubt thinks you're his human.
