Good Morning

FSI, I think most times it's best to come to a middle-of-the-road agreement.  When all parties can live with the resolution the problem is solved.  I do know there are times there's nothing that can be done to make everybody happy but within reason, most people want to agree to a solution to the problem.

Good morning

It is smart to try and work it out with customers if you wish to keep them and your business. There was a time that the customer was always right, and it wasn't about doing whatever the customer asks, but listening to customers and going the extra mile to understand their needs. Some customers can be bad for business and they make the employees miserable. These kinds of customers are best cut loose. For the most part, people want to come to a fair agreement, and a successful business will see that in an individual.
