Good thinking it is nice to have things settled. I know that disease knocks the
stuffing out of anyone. Poor Trish she did not deserve that. Also, you must be careful
if the bugs are creeping around. Poor old hedgehogs usually have a few.

All of those are very big concerns. It is important to have the proper papers and the "POA" legally filed when it comes time for those last minute life events and decisions.
