Well of course rain is always welcome in summer. It is surprising how birds react when they feel the is no harm in being close to one. Each batch of nestlings appears to be more trusting. Bit of advice always check the neighbours before you move anywhere. It is not like the old days.

Good afternoon
I love it! I can see it now, him sitting there on your bed waiting for his treat. 
We give our leftovers to the birds too. They love pasta and potatoes, especially french fries. It is good when you don't have to waste, even if it is only cat food.

Your animals all make your life to interesting and are quite cute to hear about. I think they are fascinating and Graysome is one smart cat.
