Mostly here where I live it has been closed down completely, full serive is a thing of the past. Sad for me as I can no longer clean out my car properly.

You have hit the nail on the head. These past two years have brought many changes. Higher pay, most with incentives, a lack of workers, and less need for things that were once needed.

FSI, I do believe you are right. I think for whatever reason COVID did not help the situation but in the end, it was not the deciding factor.
