Thank goodness we rarely see a mosquito. It must be a bit of a pain dealing with . Our biggest insect problem is Wasps. I keep nobbling Queens kinder in the long run.

I don't blame you. It's a beautiful view.

Good Afternoon

Kabu, I loved this post.  I'm waiting for warmer weather so we can plant our flowers.  We always have hanging baskets because the deer would eat all my flowers on the ground.  Mosquitos love me too but I don't love them.  I don't remember seeing a dragonfly here.  I have seen some praying mantis though. My all-time favorite is my hummingbirds. I'm waiting patiently for them.  They should be here soon!

Mosquitoes love me, too. I have to watch out for them.

It does seem unfair to wait so long when you consider that spring starts in March, but what can you do. We only have to wait until the weekend after Mother's Day. That is when we plant our veggies, sunflowers, and Alysum. I also buy my hanging plants around that time. Ironically, that is also the time that I start seeing the Hummingbirds, bees, and butterflies.

I think you have a gift for making a plain yard into a beautiful flower

garden, the varieties you choose, the colors, etc... No wonder the fairies and gnomes want to be nearby all summer long.
