Any comfort you can get is most welcome. Graysome probably feels the loss in his own way. I expect he gains comfort by being close to you.. I guess we are all thinking of you. I hope you can remember the happy times.

Good Afternoon
I think animals give so much comfort to their owners. When you have an animal that loves you then you have been given a blessing. I'm allergic to cats but I do know they are very loving. I really enjoy your stories of Mr. Graysome. Thank you so much for sharing them. I think the last time we counted we have 7 pillows on the bed. I love pillows. I snuggle in between them and go sound asleep. I hope you have a good night.

Graysome makes for an interesting bedmate as most cats do. They do love their humans, toys, and lots of comfortable space for stretching out. It is great that he is such a faithful companion.

I have ordered a new bed - had this one, mattress and all, for nearly
30 years. It held up pretty well until the last year or so. The new one is a twin size, with a platform that will raise the head or the foot if I want to sit up to read or watch tv in bed. It's the size they approve for independent senior facilities, according to my next door neighbor who just moved into one. I need to get new bedding before it is delivered, will be doing that in the stores, not online. The company will haul away the old mattress & box spring. Sorry to go on like this. I was just thinking I'll probably have the same sleeping space you do with Mr. G. taking his half out of the middle as kitties do.

As one who also shares a bed with a cat, I am appreciative of how much space a small animal commands in its sleeping arrangements!
