Melting snow can be a hassle with the mud and puddles it causes. I think our snow is done until November at the earliest.

Slush, snow, rain, and mud are the worst. Be careful not to slip and slide. We have had a few beautiful sunny days with blue skies, but this weekend is a bit cooler. Our snow melted a week ago, and I pray that it is done until November, but that is only wishful thinking. Be safe and stay warm. Spring is in the air and headed your way very soon.

I don't think I could stand the cold weather since our Winters have turned mild.

Even the rhubarb is shooting up and I hope we don't get late frosts. Sadly the trouble with snow it makes such a mess when it melts.

Kabu

The snow mounds on the shopping center side of the drainage basin pond's melting faster than I thought. I'm surprised your weather has been close to New Jersey's.

Good Afternoon

Kabu, your weather is strange and so is ours.  I wonder what the universe is trying to tell us.  I love the thought of green grass.  We did have sunshine today but the temperatures are dropping this evening.  Mr. Graysome needs a break from all the snow.  Stay warm!

That is quite a temperature range you have been having there! Slush is no fun but the promise of Spring is wonderful. I do hoe Mr. G is feeling alright and all is well for him. Stay warm and dry, dear lady.

There's another storm roiling up from the west and south headed for

Colorado - where Ceil does her magic. They're supposed to get more than a foot of snow and blizzard conditions. Whew!  I noticed the grass has begun to turn green here, too - it's been brown for a couple months now. Turbulent weather this time of year. I hope your gnomes are prepared for this changeable stuff.
