Oh Sweetie, I am so sorry that things can never be as they were back when you and Wiley met for the first time and just beginning on your long journey, but that is not the way of life and I know that you would not change what you had, and that you will always remember the time you spent together and the very special life you lived in the little house in the woods. I am thankful I always remembered the two of you together and your special way of doing things yur own way. I am so glad you had each other for so long.

Well Helen this virus has messed many lives, sadly by not being able just to touch a loved one. It is tough any way one looks at it. One can not do much, that is the sadness. Just look after yourself.

My 90 year old roommate in the hospital actually refused to eat. Unlike Wiley, he had the condition he wanted to die. His grandaughter tried to get him to drink milk. Pray for Wiley's will to beat this coyote dementia in being comfortable and improved. I know the creepy feeling from when my mother took a turn for the worst, when she was in the hospital.

Oh, dear sweet lady, what unwelcome and sad news. I am deeply sorry to hear this and so sorry you are going through what must be a most terrible time - and during a pandemic.
