It's cold everywhere on the continent this week - except maybe in
New Mexico and along the Gulf Coast, parts of Florida. Not my cuppa tea. I hope you get your paperwork all sorted out while you're 'confined to quarters' and the govt owes you a nice refund.

That's some cold weather. The coldest I've ever experienced is 0 degrees F. I have some family down who live in Florida. They're freaking out about 40-degree weather. Sounds nice right about now.

Oh geez, that is fffreezing! That poor bull has some serious issues at the moment. I feel your pain where taxes are concerned. John used to do them, but we have taken them to H & R Block for the past 25 years. They guarantee that they will fix a problem should it come up. Knock on wood, no issues thus far. As for the cold, you are best to stay indoors where it is warm for now.

Oh, Kabu,
I just can't agree too much with you. Maybe it's better staying back home indoor when it's that cold.
I do understand why you didn't do the shopping anyway.

Goldiec I wouldn't have believed I could live in this cold but one learns to wear lots of layers of clothes plus warm scarfes and gloves and big boots for trouping around in the snow.

Kabu, I cannot even imagine temperatures like you are dealing with. It is so cold here. Our temps are single digit and I'm staying in the house till it warms up. I won't even go in our sunroom until it gets a little warmer. I wish we had heat back there. A couple times today I went into the living room and sat by the fire for a little while. It's so nice and toasty in there. The problem is if I stay in there too long I will fall asleep.
