For the State of Maryland SB61 makes provisions for the personal care of those who are differently-abled. As Amanda so gracefully and tactfully pointed out, people who are differently-abled enjoy the same outings such as going to movies, theaters, museums and restaurants (my words here) as others in the general population. Her testimony was courageous and demonstrated the need for inclusion on many levels. The link in my post shows Amanda testifying. Below is link to the actual bill.

I am not familiar with this at all - what is SB61? Congrats to Amanda
on making a legal argument in front of a council - be it a city, state or federal. Takes a lot of courage and solid thinking to be able to do it.
