Yes and it does seem that the fox is taking advantage of its luck appearing in city. gardens. We don't have one here at the present because one can smell them.

Yes the dominant party made it illegal to hunt foxes. Mind one is not allowed to shoot most animals,or birds. Pheasant shooting is allowed for some reason but they are hand reared.

Yes FS there was a mighty uproar when it was banned. Hunts still operate but there are always hunt saboteurs.

I am so glad that the fox gets to live now. I did get into an argument with some gentlemen in Wooster in a pub once. They couldn't believe a mouthy little Aussie was telling them what was wrong with their blood sport. I didn't stay for a second round of drinks.

I do like to watch the horses leap fences and challenge themselves - but why persecute the fox?
