Intruders in your home are not a good thing whether they are business or bullshit. I am happy that Trish watches over you. Our homes are meant to be a safe haven, not a place where strangers walk in and cause chaos. I am glad to hear that you have an alarm system. You might want to adopt a dog in the future. They are great for companionship and protection.

Good grief, it is always something or other that proves to be scam. They bother me all the time on the telephone but since it is a landline with an answering machine, I don't answer and I save anything that sounds suspicious to me for Son to check out and deal with. I never did tell him but I think once I wasted $2000 not being very wise. It is so embarrassing to mess up like that.

I hate those scammers and scare-tactic sales guys. Glad Trish was
there to reassure you. Here's a tip: if anyone else comes to you with that kind of hard sell, ask them to confirm the information with your lawyer, who has power of attorney over all financial decisions. If they think you can't spend any money, they'll go poof!
