I am not shopping for anything these days but if I do really need something I shop on the internet so I guess warehouses for handling and sorting have almost taken over smaller malls.

That makes sense.
I can imagine that the midwest would have a high demand when you consider the many industries in that area, and warehouses would be a part of that deal. The sunbelt area where Texas is located would also be a high demand area for business.
