I had the same problem when I lived in St. Louis. I threatened to change providers and they finally set a 3rd guy out who knew what he was doing.

It seems so short somehow, I suppose other worries have kind of dimmed our senses.
Plants are smaller this year if not doused with water all the time. I have some in pots that I just gave up on. I would try and stock up incase the weather does turn, although it does seem a bit early, but I guess you know the weather pattern by now. Take care

It's a question sometimes whether the company hires too few people to
handle customer service, etc., and that poor soul on the phone is simply stretched too thin to give people the attention they deserve - or if that person is indifferent to the work and only there to collect a paycheck. I hope the clerk you spoke with gets someone out to untangle your lines and restore decent service. Be safe.

Lots of luck on your service.
Customer service is not what it used to be. Complaining can help, once you get to thye right human that gives half a crap about what you are asking of them.
