No. I need the exercise. I can do it in two segments of 15 and 20 minutes. 

It's the way I've gotten and have remained in what my doctor said was 'peak physical condition' (for an old guy!). I walk at least three miles a day and jog around the block most days in the morning. I've never smoked and drank alcohol with the exception of a brief three week stint as a college freshman. 

After my heart surgery in 2016, he told me that it is rare to see lungs as pink as mine were in an adult patient. As the Doobie Brothers sang, 'It Keeps You Running!'

75 works for me. In fact, I welcome it.

We keep hitting the high 80s and lower 90s. The humidity with those temps is unbearable.
