I guess I am too late, never mind it was nice for you. Yes sadly they do not last long but are really show girls . My peoney blooms are so heavy they weigh the branches down.Happy for you

It was great to see Our Wiley John again, and this was the first--and second time I have ever heard him!
Your peony is grand and lovely!

That's great of TAPS to have located and posted the video. A lot of cute old men in the video.
I'm trying to consume less news as well.

I saw the video - Wiley still has his sly grin... Thank you Taps! for
sharing that. Kabu, I think you've got the right idea - birds, chippies, flowers, a soothing shower with just a touch of thunder, and the fresh, just after the rain breath of cool air... Have a beautiful day.

Yes true the company of flowers, trees and birds( because of clean air I get to see rare birds in our area & I love it) is a better option. This world is beyond comprehension.... arguments, fights, disagreement, protests, violence....:(

Is there a way to post the video here so I can view it without FB? Lovely flower, dear lady. Yes, here there is almost no TV playing anymore. Just old black and white movies...

The television and the news is so depressing. You are smart to ignore it.
Graysome and the garden are a much more entertaining sight anyway.

I love peonies. Ours all all long gone here. P.D. brought me a beautiful boquet of his when they bloomed and they lasted in the vase a long time inside. As far as I am concerned flowers is a much better thing to fill ones mind than politics or caronavirus. Also trees. The trees here in Missouri are in their prime, so healthy, tall, lush and beautiful and such a variety of them.
