I bought two sets of copper compression gloves that really seem to help. The crazy part of that is that the less expensive pair has done me the most good. I put these on as I wait for the computer to fire up. They've really helped me. I have wide hands, but still I use a medium. They have a chart to show you how to measure your hands for the gloves.
