The little animals soon learn where their bread and butter is.
Not only that it is a nice interest to watch each little family grow.
It must have been a shock for the gnomes to find it has started raining
but I expect they will look smarter after a good wash.

Just so you don't have rats in your garage eating your car wiring. That's all I been hearing about on the news yesterday and today. They say that car wiring tastes like desert to them. (May you never have trouble with that)

No This week we had from 93F...... down to today 15...so it shot up to unseasonal hot and ddry down to wet and cold.

Do they like unsalted peanuts? Charlie has been carrying those on his dog-walkies to give to the crows along the trail. He is specific about the unsalted part of it. (Remember Madame La Darque who would take them from my hand?)

We've had a long spell of drizzle and dark weather - good weather for
sleeping. Today is a bee-yoo-tiful sunny day, clear blue skies - but I'm just not in the mood to slip on my mask and go wandering around in some trail where it's hard to maintain a safe distance. I do intend to sit on the porch and watch the joggers lope by.
