You put so much love out into the world, I'm not surprised you find it coming back at you! I understand how good it is, what a relief to the heart when a distanced child begins to come back a little closer. My eldest has been the one I was always at least just a little sad about every day, but there isn't much to be done except let time do what nothing else can do. And both our kids have now come back. 
It makes for the happiest Mother's Day in a while!

That is all a mother can wish for, kids who care and a good meal.
It sounds as though your day was fulfilling. There is nothing better than a fresh tomato. The bacon rates fairly hish in my book too. I am glad to hear that you had a really nice day.

It makes me happy any time families show a little love. So weird to have frost & snow in places on Mother's day - and to have no venues open for the traditional mom's brunch. Hope you're feeling even better today.

Happy Mother’s Day, dear Kabu! I’m glad your day went well and that your sons contacted you so nicely. I’m thrilled for you that Son #2 was in contact with you. Baby steps at first but a huge breakthrough. I do hope you are getting well. Hugs to you.
