It does show how worried many folk are. Although it does seem rather heartless to put ones pet in care. Poor things it must be quite a shock to be turfed out of the home one was probably brought up in. Hope you are feeling a little better.

Re: Corbin
I am so sorry that you lost such a sweetheart and also that connection with darling Joe Love. The wonderful thing about animals is that although we don't forget them, they always have their spot in our heart, but we can love another for themselves. BTW Mr Graysome being a cat does talk back and works hard to ensure that he gets what he wants not what I want. LOL

Here's to hoping that the adoption of these pets does truly lead to permanent homes.

Yes, it’s been on our news quite a bit. The animals deserve a good home as you and Wiley gave Mr. G. He is so precious and is great company. You are lucky to have him. And he is so cute.,

Re: Corbin
You will enjoy him/her. They are so cute. My friend has one. So sorry about Bogart. He was a cutie. And I’m sure he left you with many good memories.

I'm so glad you have him, and he has you. It took me a really long time to get over the loss of Pitiful.

It's wonderful that you are so close to Mr. Graysome. How did he get that name besides the obvious part being his color?

That's because our dogs behave much better and they don't talk back.

I know people who treat their pets better than some people treat their
family. I grew up in an area where dogs lived outside for the most part and barked whenever strangers invaded their territory. Some may have been house-trained but they didn't have to be fenced or kept on a leash. Most were allowed to run free. Not so much fun if the neighbor's dog liked to chase bicyle riders.
