It does sound awful. Fire is so terrible . It must have been painful for you to read the account kind of first-hand. Snow does not seem so bad after reading this.

It’s a long process to recover from such devastaction. I feel so sorry for all who have had to suffer the loss and horror of these fires. And the smoke in the air is terrible.
