Fire is a unpredictable danger. You think you have it out, and it reignites elsewhere. I wish you and yours the best.

What a shame for all the beautiful trees and no doubt wild life besides families. Nothing worse than fire I would think the beach is the only refuge when it all comes so close. You share the same characteristics .

That's very scary with the fires threatening your family. What also makes it difficult is that you are far away. I'm glad they're okay, and I'm wishing you and Wiley a great 2020.

The whole thing is so terrible for you (your family in Australia, Wiley at home and you worrying about it all). Wish I could do something to help. Prayer is about all I have to offer.

Oh, your poor sis and family! I know that feeling, living where I do. Hugs and comforting thoughts and wishes to you, Wiley, and your family today, dear.

Awful, affecting our perception of the world we knew from pictures and news before the tragedy.

You and your beloved family have been much on my mind
these last few days. So sad to see the fires destroying so much and threatening more. I hope you find a way to soothe Wiley a bit without taking too much away from yourself. Hugs, Dear Kabu!

So sorry for your stress. It is good that the fire has settled. Hopefully you can leave your stresses in 2019's rear-view mirror. Fresh hope and new memories are bound to take place just around the corner. Happy New Year.
