This is a bad app in my opinion. The baby learns to have his/her needs addressed through crying, just in case parents are not able to figure out its time to change the diaper. When baby cries, the lungs and vocal cords are exercised. A small amount of interaction with baby crying because of a soiled diaper and then getting a diaper change seems normal to me.
