I'd never heard of an anticyclone. I've learned something new today...It sounds like there's no conventional toilets in the Phillippines.

The weather people seem to have gone to great lengths to change their jargon. I never had noticed which way the water swirls in my whole life! Good one.

Well, it ain't the scientific explanation, but in my mind the
anticyclone is bright warm sunshine, easy breezes, and lemonade on a shady porch.
