Oddly enough... we went back out there late this morning and the area where I thought the animal was standing was covered in very large hoof prints. Buster was all over them, sniffing and attempting to determine what to do 'next time' should there be one.

tell you for sure whether it was a moose or ??? I miss living in the outlying areas and having access to the forest paths at times, although the uphill, uneven walking and stepping over fallen logs, etc., would be a bit tougher now...

It's messing up everything for the horse race "The Oaks". It's women's day at Churchill Downs and it probably going to rain all day. So, all of the ladies walk part of the way around the track in their fancy smancy Derby dresses. in mud and water. In the Oaks, it's only for female horses.
