My Grandfather died from pneumonia when he was just 54. They didn't have antibotics back then and it wasn't the first time he'd had it.

I think it pays to consider the weather , I used to get soaked through some days, poor Dad caught pneumonia three times . Tough times.

I used to love walking in the rain, when I was young (oh woeful when).
Now I stay in out of the rain and keep warm and dry.
