There's a corner here. What do you call it - a windway, breeze way, open to the Port of Elizabeth and Newark Bay. It's always windy in that spot. Impatiens leaves had trouble. This morning I needed to hold on to the traffic light post kid. It was a breeze.

Whew! Windy day. We had winds here last week, and it does make it really cold. Glad those machines reset okay. I hate mechanical problems.

Wind is a tricky friend, a tease at times and then a bully.
Weird what happens in power fluctuations. I used to have a theory - not entirely a joke - that the machines are out to get us.

It's been windy here too. I always wear hats when I leave home because my hair is so thin as an octogenarian. It is very tricky in the month of March, or a little before or after to keep one's hat from blowing away.
