Your resolutions sound very practical and do-able to me.
Back in my working days I was involved with economic development at an outreach department at the university. One of the slogans some guy came up with was "Use your head and use your eyes. Work like hell and advertise." I suppose it's good advice, but it stuck with me because it rhymes. I like the way you think.

As much as I hate Facebook's political tactics.......
Facebook is pretty important, before I decided to close the business this year I had 3 seperate facebook pages.
One was for just the Senior trip market...the other was for University of Kentucky football and basketball trips, and the third was mine, which I interacted with clients one on one.
You have to do it on a consistent basis.

Well it seems good value . Pretty cheap for a wash. The men with buckets wanted £8
up from £5 that was two years ago.
