Well at least you try I went into a Bank to get some advice. I said I cannot understand the Scottish voices on the phone. The girl said do you think we can. I bought her a box of chocolates and terminated the account.

Good advice for any customer service workers - it's always better
if you can talk to a human who listens actively, especially when we're confused or frustrated.
