I really think in time that the land will be the best asset. It has over here, but of course Clalfornia is as large as our Island

It must be comforting to see your judgments about what may happen
prove right in the long run. Even if I don't brag out loud about the occasional times I guess right, I do enjoy being able to tell myself "I told you so" every now and then. Seems like your dad's got a good businessman in you.
