It looks like it is a good model .I am sure Wiley will get used to it. Do you know K when my sister had a hip op. She was given a walker a basic model but there was no way of returning it. If this sort of thing is repeated over the country one cannot wonder that cash is in short supply.

That's good he's using the walker. That'll help him get around a lot. My great-grandfather had to use one in his 90s. He wouldnt have been able to move at all without it.

Pat and Corbin have great points. That's great news, dear. Now that he's given himself permission to use it, and it was successful, he should be able to continue, and your back will be saved a bit of stress and pain.

It's hard for a man to accept the realization that things aren't as the used to be.....that smile on his face was his way of being happy for his accomplishment....how sweet!

This is great news! He can get his independence back with just a bit

of help from the walker - which, if you look at it that way, is actually a tool.
