News flash . I just read that there is to be a check on hand washing of cars . Apparently
there is a lot of grunge that comes off in the wash and it is being disposed of recklessly.
I expect your wastes have to be disposed of in an organized manner. Some petrol stations use hand wash, I think these are being checked out as well.
