The owner of the Launfromat changed my bills into quarters forme this morning. Their changer was also outof order. She used the vending machines. So nice.

I guess petty (or not so petty) thievery is part of doing business.
Living in the county seat here, there are often headlines in the Daily Blah about light-fingered county employees who deposit funds in their own accounts instead of the public ones, etc., and any office where they do cash business these days has an observation camera going. You'd think it would stop 'em.
