I agree, but unfortunately those kids became adults

way before their time  - no fault of their own.

At the risk of repeating myself, when I was working with the kids in the street, we (the workers) were unanimous in thinking that if pot was the only problem we had in the  street, there wouldn't be a problem.

Re: Re: Re: Kabu

I never saw or heard of anyone smoking a hemp bag but who knows. No hemp is a non fun filled plant.

Re: Re: Kabu

Yes but can one smoke it I have several grain sacks I could make some nice cigars for passing Swagmen. You see there are not many cigarette ends to harvest these days, although it would have been ideal through the last summer. Believe it not Kabu I remember a little gypsy girl, I know her coat was made out of a sack because it had Pig feed on the back. Lets think what we could use hemp for someone has already started clothes made partially i suspect out of Bamboo . I think fishermen use hemp for ground bait. Hats for gnomes and underclothes, disposable shoes would be handy and of course a nice scarf , or night clothes for a honey moon couple.

I'm sure at some point, it will become legal in the United States, but like all things, it takes time. I'm fine with pot being legal. Right now, I'd go for more people smoking pot than being on opiods.

Re:

Ummmm Help is grown and it can be woven into bags for grain...for making clothes and hats. There are so many things that I haven't even thought of.

Good for Canada! Sensible as always.

I wish the US would follow Canada's example, legalize a certain amount for recreational use and pardon anyone currently incarcerated for possession of that limited amount. Costs a lot to run prisons & seems wrong on so many levels to lock people up for it when no violence or other crime is involved.

Pot is not legal here and yet, someone in our building smokes it on weekends.  I get whiffs of it and it does not smell good.  I have not reported it.

Yes Kabu and wool is lovely. I love woolen blankets. The smoke is crisp and rather like roast lamb in flavor. Sorry Dear, Chumpet  just sneaked in and started answering the posts. I did notice one must not enter USA with the nearly released product. Perhaps we older folk are more cautious, or we can dream our own little sagas. Although I expect some neighbors will be visiting for sightseeing etc. Can you please tell me what hemp tastes like.
