Kabu - I thought I'd commented earlier.
Dont know how I missed commenting, I'd read your post. In the cold weather do the gnomes ever become unwell? Winter is coming on quickly. They're a tough lot so perhaps they are immune. They are so cute, but many bad boys are rather good looking, I've found. I just love hearing about The gnommies.

I do think summer nights and fireflies sound lovely.
We had frost this morning & it was only two degrees above freezing - cold enough to snow, if mother nature was so inclined. Brrrrr.
