And to think - when we were little people and could pretty well sleep when we wanted, we fought it. As adults, as your dad said, we LIKE it!

I like sleeping when I can get in a solid 2-3 hours, enough time
to permit dreaming. Sometimes, like Dad's work naps, I wake up to find that a new show is on my TV and I've dozed off. Hope he wakes up cheery.
