I expect they will all need a bit if a brush up, as they enter the den. Gnomes are not inclined to wash very often. I know if you have had a few with them no one will worry.
Although i suppose a lot are left out in the cold, its not all it is cracked up to be if one is a Gnome.

I love your gnome stories - and your mention of Habbie reminds me
that for St. Louis - home of the Blues - today is the first hockey game of the season. I realize that Canada is the true home of the greatest players and teams. I hope your Habbie will be able to winter over someplace where he can follow the games.
